This was our second competitively-selected team. We finished in 3rd place, tied for 2nd position overall, made the Finals for the first time in US history, and learned a lot, as usual. Robby Kirkham is now at Harvard. Jonathan Bohren and Divya Krishnan are both at the University of Pennsylvania. Phillip Schwartz is at Reed College. Daniel Kerr graduates from high school in 2007.
Here's our first team after the 2005 International Team Selection Tournament (our second) on 12 February 2005 at St. John's Country Day School, Orange Park, FL. Also pictured in the rear was our first Chairman of the USAYPT, Mr. Mark Ossenheimer, former principal of the Wildwood School, Los Angeles, CA.
