OPENING &
CHALLENGE

The OPPONENT has a total of 12 MINUTES to present the team's critique of the REPORTER's solution AND engage in an oral discussion about the report.

The Jury is still looking for both the OPPONENT and the REPORTER to use physical principles correctly as they discuss the solution.

This discussion/debate forms the FIGHT of the PHYSICS FIGHT.

Use of whiteboards, hands, drawings on paper, anything useful is expected.

This takes teamwork by both teams as they listen to the debate, consider new or different aspects of the solution, and pass written notes to their team mates.

Civility is expected even though both teams in competition. Searching for Mother Nature's secrets takes care, not bluster.

Most "discussions" end in a handshake and applause from all present.

Now it's up to the Jury. Follow this link to see the Juror Grading Rubrics for the REPORTER and the OPPONENT.
